Vodacom has given a stranger my personal information, in that process i was accused of *****ing a phone. I would like to know what happened to their confidentiality clause after you Ricard your sim card. Why did vodacom give my information to another person without verifying with me. Vodacom has put my life in danger, i am a woman in south Africa, woman i being killed everyday. What if this person wanted to kill me, and they got my information from Vodacom. Vodacom gave that person my id number. I am traumatized by Vodacom's behavior, i feel like i am not safe at all. I would like hellopeter to help me with matter.
