Vodacom called me and persuaded me to accept a package including data to the cost of R 150,43 per month whereas the salesperson was aware of the fact that my cell phone is not capable of handling data being an old Nokia 3210.

Therefor I believe that Vodacom's actions are wrong, and they owe me the money I paid unnecessarily towards data I would have never been able to use.
