Data package not canceled by agent
I canceled my 30GB data package in October 2020, I did a follow up on November to see if it was canceled and they confirmed that it was canceled. I was debited R700 now in December and when I called the call center and they said that it wasn't canceled by the agent. I am not impressed with them and I want the data contract canceled and I want the money refunded to my account.
