Data package deal misreprentation

<p>Bought 2 x 5gig data packages on 24 mnth contract at R199.00 each (added to my current Vodacom contract). through a company called Buymondo in Durban. The representitive promised that other 2 x data contracts could be canselled anytime, no hassles. Not so, have to cancel contracts and pay in the amounts due for the duration ****il expiry date) of these contracts. This woud have amounted to approx R2500.00. I complained and they admitted that they misled me. I opted to still keep the 2 x new contracts, with the arrangement that the contracts will only cost R159.00 per month. They agreed and sent me an e-mail confirming this and that they will make sure the contracts are charged on my Vodacom package at R159.00 each. Received my first bill this week. What do you know?? The contracts have been billed at R199.00 per contract and not R159.00 as agreed. Wrote them e-mails, no responce at all confirming that the error will be rectified. Phoned them and they have this lame excuse that Vodacom is going onto a new system and that they can only correct the matter after the sytem has been implimented by Vodacom. Again, no written feedback just confirming at least that the contracts will be rectified. According to me, this copany is exploiting members of the public by giving wrong information and not adhering to their promises.</p>
