Data Overcharge
In May 2015 we took out a contract with Vodacom and requested that a data cap of 5GB be put in place. In January 2016 we received a bill of R8887.49 whereas the normal bill is R1998.16. We have on numerous occasion asked Vodacom to reverse these charges but to date have had no joy. Vodacom ref no A2-1k0F-5RK143
