Data not reflecting

Wow I am so ****** disgusted with Vodacom, last night i recharged my number and the data is not reflecting and the dude that called me he is asking me stupid questions about the cell number, i tell him, this number is my secondary number i don't use it all the time so i cannot remember when last did i recharge i don't remember how much was my last data bundle. <br> <br> He tells me that i must get more info on the number or go to the vodashop to get thi resolved really, why do we fica the the sim cards then if you cannot establish that this sim is mine using id number .<br> <br> Now my 29 airtime is gone just because i cannot remember such things really disgusted by the service, why should i have to suffer it my airtime i paid for it I dont owe you
