Data magically dissappear :(

<p>On Monay 21st November I have 300meg of Data within 3 minutes Data dissapear, how does that happen...Called Vodacom and they said it's my Iphone, been loyal to them for more than 15 years and i get that answer without investigating. Anyway on Friday 25th November 2016 I walked into aVodacom shop at mall of the South, buy 500meg of data, the lady loaded for me, got my sms and few whattsapp messages come through, 10min later 500meg GONE, Good thing I did this at Vodacom, went back to the shop, showed the lady that helped me and her response was " this is impossible....Please VODACOM irrespective of amount of apps open, this is just not possible, even showed her my sms I got on the 21st November 2016. VODACOM if you want to ask more for data than do that but taking data from consumers is just not on. I would like to challenge VODACOM to release me from my contract, I cant do this...scared to buy data cause of Vodacom having a field day at my expense, Funny thing is, right after you complain than it is fine again. I need my phone for various reasons, cant afford to be without Data. SO VODACOM YOU DO NEED ME AS A CUSTOMER, I CHALLENGE YOU TO RELEASE ME FROM MY CONTRACT. Me as the consumer going to be bul**** to stay with you due to certain penalaties and suffer with the service you giving me by *****ING DATA. The lady at Vodacom Mall of the South promised to log a complain but guess what......Still no response from Vodacom.....****ED OFF LOYAL CLIENT</p>
