DATA LOST & account WRONG

Please give me back my data on my Vodacom 3G that I pay for every month. Firstly, I was told by the tele-marketer that it will ONLY cost me R209,00 per month... Which turned out to be a R249,00 per month. Then, on Saturday, during one of the worst storms the Highveld had ever seen, there was NO data available on my 3G router, which I had charged especially for the trip to another town on bad roads.

I have NOT used all of my data, due to that fact that I have been using the ADSL landline WiFi at home....

I've even written a Facebook post with #vodacombaddata and no-one has rep**** to it... Is your brand worth so little to you, Vodacom?

We as a country are calling out for BETTER DATA DEALS ON OUR CELLPHONES & no extra "routers" to carry along and no STRUGGLING with data balances that get messed up, lost or ****** by whoever sits in management.

PLEASE fix this. Oh yes... And they say that my account is in arrears by a phenomenal amount, whereas I've signed a debit order with Vodacom, which is subtracted MONTHLY by Vodacom themselves....

Please let me believe that people still care.
