data loss 5GB in 1 day
I have a 5GB data bundle with VODACOM
this is the second month that my data has disappeared , the 1st incident happened on the 12/08/2015 when the Vodacom was shocked by Microsoft Windows 10 and my comp. still runs on Windows 7 Pro.
I was re issued with 5GB of data of a massive argument and telling VODACOM that I will go to Hello P. and then I was re issued .after I bouth 1GB myself.
the 2nd time was the 2/09/2015 when I lost 5GB in 2day's and VODACOM 5GB expired that same day.
I have spoken to a team leader Mr Musa , Gerhard from P.E and everyone sells me different lies and promises.
my 1st call was logged on the 3/09/2015 and there after I was re issued with 2GB and my Vodacom Mible WI-FI R206 was off and then I have used 1GB 50% , I have ask VODACOM so many times to explain how that can happen that you can use data after your ****le is shut down. I was re issued with 1GB of data .
My question to VODACOM why do you keep on replacing some of the data if it is not your fault?
at least expire my contract in 01/12/2015.
from the 1st time I logged a complaint I have ask VODACOM to phone me on my cell and I have told the that the number in questions is a ****le no commication
We truly regret taking note of your experience and thank you for bringing it to our attention. I could not reach you when I called. I will send you an e-mail in order to address your concerns.
Please note that Vodacom records volumes of data, dates and times of connections and data protocols, not specific information such as website information.
We recommend the following to limit and monitor your data usage:
- Install a data monitoring tool such as Onavo/Networx or Netlimiter on the laptop/pc to help identify programs using data.
- Turn off auto updates on your machine: Start>Control Panel>Windows Update.
We apologise that you were not assisted adequately in your previous requests.
Kind regards
Moddy K
