Data issues again
I entered the mountain dew competition and won 250mb yesterday. I went into my vodacom app afterwards and it said balance info unavailable. Tried again few hours later and it said same thing. Today I checked and it only shows my balance from my 1 gig recharge. I contacted call centre just to be told that I used the 250mb within+- 2hrs. Please sort this out

Please monitor/check your usage device via settings>data usage>check applications below graph that used your data. (Please check under data traffic for Hawei devices).
You can also load a third party application called My data manager from play store/app store. This application will record applications using data as well as the amount of data being used (going forward).
We have loaded some data on your number.
