Data issue

I was informed that vodacom is having problem fine I understand that and then the person who called me said that I won't be able to use the just for you promotion because of technical problem and he said that I will be receiving the 1GB during the day instead receiving it between 23:00pm-05:00am I did receive it for a few days though than all of a sudden It disappeared and I checked my balances it states that the 1GB will re occur until the 31st of October 2015 but I am not receiving it anymore<br>
