DATA *******LY REMOVED FROM STANDARD QUOTA INSTEAD OF NIGHTOWL QUOTA

On the 1st and 2nd of October 2016, I used data to download items to the amount of an estimated 4GB. This downloads took place at between 00h00 and 02h00. When I looked at my quota availability on the 3rd, I found that the entire 4GB amount was removed from my standard quota. I logged a service request on the 12th of October 2016. Until now, everytime I call in, they just pile up the messages for the service request with no action taken. I have had to buy 2 x R249 2GB data bundles to top up my 20GB that ran short of 4GB. So vodacom *****s data, then clients purchase more data, and Vodacom scoops in the profits? Not on my watch. If this is not resolved by COB on the 27th of October 2016, I will not be paying my accounts and switching to another SP.

So Vodacom have reimbursed me for the 4GB that was taken incorrectly. But, they reimbursed it ON THE WRONG TELEPHONE NUMBER. After I specifically told 3 operators to log the service request against my WIFI number and not my PERSONAL number. And then Customer Care, Amber Kilian, says she does not find any high usage on my PERSONAL number but will give me 5GB as a gesture of goodwill? So your system is failing, your service requests are not captured correctly, then you try to make the client feel like the bad guy by showing them a gesture of goodwill? Simply put, Vodacom does not know what the F**K is going on with their service requests. It's a random guessing game. Should SOMEONE had called me, then it would have been confirmed. Now I sit with 5GB of data, on a number I don't need it on. Great - slow hand clap for Vodacom.
