I bought 2GB of data and within minutes it was ashes. I called in to ask for assistance and clarity cause I dont even stream, and I got service of the bare minimum. I called again to try for a different level of service and the lady has been getting back to me. I bought another 2GB and it also vanished. I got a number where I can check if there are any active subscriptions under vodacom and I found a ''Befit'' that I have never seen in my entire existence.
I need my 4GB reimbur*****t, aswell as answers, which I probably wont get judging from the number of complaints about vodacom for only today.
Pathetic really.
