query EC-0COG-30CSSY cell no ********** 561. On and just before Tuesday May 23 2017, without advance warning, I apparently ploughed through a fortune of data. 2gb plus an additional R900 worth of out of bundle data. This is absurd, as I could not have used so much data. And all in about one day. This has never happened before nor since. I do not accept Vodacom's given reason for this: "A trend breakdown by applications was done on the system, indicating protocols that generated data traffic, and most of which stemming from: SSL(E-mail), HTTPS(secure sites) and Windows updates."
