Dear Client

An investigation has been completed and your billing was found to be completely correct and accurate. As a once off gesture of goodwill we have credited your account with 1GB. Ports of connectivity point to Twitter as being the highest contributors to the volume of data used. To turn off iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud > delete account or disable. To turn off Apple Maps go to Settings > Privacy > Turn off Location Services. To see which apps have used your data go to Settings > Cellular > Scroll down to the list of apps installed on your phone.

Alternatively, switch the mobile data off to prevent connections from taking place. Should you be using wifi, ensure that your mobile data is switched off whilst connected, to ensure that the device does not default to cellular data if the wifi signal weakens or drops. Please visit http://ow.ly/w0iSy on how to manage your data.

Kind regards

RJ
