At the end of february I went to vodacom Secunda to upgrade a contract. I have 7 lines with vodacom. Every month my bill is around R3300. End of march the debit order was R21800. I went into my vodacom and fou d that R68000 worth of data was bought on a line I am not even using. I reported it immediately and filed an affadavit with the police that I sent through to vodacom. I got a reference number from them and since then it is with their ***** department and are being investigated. My lines have been suspended this mo th three times already because according to vodacom my account is in arrears. I have been with vodacom for about 8 years. Now they treat me asif I am a ********. This is a big issue as I have family members I support by providing cellular services because they cannot afford it. This was ***** and now I have to pay the price. I am seriously concidering stopping my payments completely as I am still ensuring that all other lines are paid up to date.
