<p>On 01/02/2017, I was allocated free 10G data for my upgrade by Vodacom. Then when I checked my balances it was said that the data would expire on 01/04/2017 (see attached snapshot). </p> <p>When I checked my balances On 01/03/2017, the data was gone. I called Vodacom customer care to query and they registered a call to investigate (ref. # 1- ********** ********** ). A day later, on 02/03/2017, I received an SMS saying the call has been closed. However, there was no feedback communicated to me at all. When I called again on 03/03/2017, I was told that the data has expired and that's that!</p> <p>That is mos unfair? Customers cannot be misled like that! There was still around 8,5G data left! I was prepared surf and socialize like crazy in March
