I am very dissatisfied with the way you guys conduct business. I bought a phone on contract with you in Oct and was getting free data for 3 months then suddenly data was uploaded after the 3months of which we never agreed upon, tried calling your Voda helpline that's forever putting people on hold. Now my bill comes and I'm paying an extra 150 that I never budgeted for. Cancel that data I never agreed on buying data with you on that contract.
