Data finished
My wifi data is depleted on the 12th, I called customer care and spoke to a consultant who advised that she cannot see the times on where did I use my data mostly but it shows that it has been depleted. I have been using the night owl most of the time this month and not the day data.
She then told me I need to wait for the 1st of March for the data to be loaded.
I know that they can see the times which most of the data was used but she wasn't willing to assist.

It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. You can do the follow below to confirm what consumed your data bundle: Android Devices: Go to Settings, Tap on Data Usage and the list of Apps which utilised the data will appear there. Apple Devices: Go to Settings, tap on Cellular and scroll down to the Cellular Data Usage section. The list of Apps which used the data will appear there. Once you discovered which Apps utilised the data, switch the Background Data usage for these Apps off. Also make sure that you log out of Apps that is not being used while browsing the internet.
