Data expiring.
On the weekend - an umemployed person who I had bought data for (1.5GB), expired after a month when I thought that data does not expire .... which was a requirement from the government. When I enquired from customer care, I asked how this has to set to not lose it, I did not get any email on instructions on emails so that I can send this to MANY people I lnow on pre-paid. The impression I am getting is that Vodacom is doing its best to not inform people how to carry data over to the new month so that new data must be bought again.

19 Jun 2019, 15:45Dear Customer, Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. We tried calling your colleague multiple times but no answer. To transfer data you can dial *135# alternatively you can purchase the exact same data bundle to extend your expiry date.

19 Jun 2019, 16:02When I was called by the Hello Peter team, I told the lady from the Hello Peter team...wanting the number for the person concerned, that they are on a farm in Standerton and the reception on the farm is poor and not to just give up. If there was a message left on the phone, I am sure whe would have called back. I am NOT going to accept your excuse for not being able to contact the person. Vodacom has done this to me before when I was always in Pta in good reception area and there was no record of Vodacom contacting me. It is the same story that Vodacom is using too many times... it does not work anymore for me. Sorry, I need a better excuse.
