Data dissapearing

On the 1 Aug 2015 we could not go onto the internet reason was that we (run out of data) on the<br> 2nd & 3rd Aug 2015 I could use my internet again and on the 4th Aug 2015 I could only use it for about 3 hours <br> then received the message again (run out of data.<br> <br> I phoned Vodashop Springs the person who answered the phone said that there was a few people who called<br> for the same complaint and that he can not check for me as there system is down too.<br> On the 6 Aug 2015 we called again and the we were told that we downloaded a lot of stuff that is why our data<br> is finish, and that he would check what was downloaded and phone me back (heard nothing from him yet)<br> <br> Please help
