Data Dispute & Contract Mistake

I've had a top up contract with Vodacom for a few years, SO I made the HUGE mistake of phoning ********** to upgrade this contract to a Top Up 30MB day and 30MB night contract with a Modem. Who ever assisted me in the upgrade process made this contract an OPEN contract. I did not know this, I should've known that there was a big issue when I switched on my Modem and 30GB disappeared immediately that something was seriously wrong, I phoned Vodacom and they said I didn't have my contract long enough for them to check what is happening, they couldn't give me any details, I never received my contract documentation! When I received my first bill I almost got a heart attack, I phoned Vodacom they apologised admitted that it was a mistake from their side and credited my account. Only for this to happen EVERY month, up until the point where my account showed an outstanding amount of R47000! This was impossible for me to use this amount of data, because I only used this modem for emails for my business and uploading photos for clients. If the contract was set up correctly this wouldn't have happend!! After this frightening experience I didn't use my modem again since beginning of June, I called them and they apologised that a mistake was made from Vodacom's side, the account was set up as an OPEN contract and not TOP UP as requested. Then instead of sorting this issue out, they credited my account with R30000, which still left me with R17000 of data that I have to pay for and a mistake I did not make!

This issue is STILL not sorted out, NO MIGRATION was done on this account. There is now NO record of the call I made when I upgraded, and according to them I did the upgrade at a store? After speaking to 5 consultants today, 2 hours in total on the phone, I apparently now owe Vodacom R22000. I refuse to pay for Vodacom's mistakes!
