Data disfunction 2.0
<p>Can someone please advise me on how to get out of a Vodacom contract and trandfer to a different service provider. My problem with data from a month ago was just temporarily fixed and I now have the same issue again. I have logged the issue again with Vodacom customercare on 2016/08/29 (Reference number 1- ********** 2546) to be told that a representative will contact me in 48hr. To date no-one from Vodacom has made contact yet. I have to engage with them everytime, only to be told that the issue has been escalated to whatever department with another 48hr delay added to their phantom response time. Absolutely ridiculous!!!</p>

Well it is 5 days since the original complaint was logged and a full business day since I have reported it on HelloPeter and I am still holding my breath for someone to contact me. If that is not due course then I don't know what is... USELESS, dysfunctional Vodacom!
