Data disappears and Vodacom spins BS story

My 3G data of 1G lasts about 20days.Last week 1G disappears in 1hr. Im NOT on google, websites and laptop NOT running upgrades.I load another gig and it flies at 1MB/sec. Go to Vodacom in Canal Walk, they say many people came in with same issue.Technician checks my laptop, confirms no upgrades have been done at all. Her tech support or whoever will contact me, Get an sms to say data went to Microsoft account services, video streaming, windows, google. What bulltwang. NO UPGRADES WERE DONE AND I WAS NOT on any website, downloading anything or video streaming! The lady in store confirmed this. Now they tell me to pay consideration to the data usage going forward, what a cheek. Iv bn doing it all along and thats why I know something is wrong!!
