Data disappearing

Vodacom magically made 4Gb mobile data disappear in a matter of seconds! What’s more is that you can try and contact customer care, you won’t reach anyone. The system is designed to keep you in a loop of unwanted info about your account, usage, anything except customer care. If there is no way to get a complaint lodged, they look pretty good, don’t they? The App is a mess(wrong numbers for customer care!). So very dissatisfied
