Data disappearing

Vodacom is ripping us off with data the last few weeks. I have 20g and 3g contracts. Normally lasts more than a month. Last 6weeks data just disappear. I had to top up R100s of rands and it keeps disappearing!! Cannot get through to speak to anyone!! I am very upset. When this contracts are over, i am done with vodacom!!!
