I have a wifi data contract with Vodacom with a mobile modem , I have had this contract since October 2015 and I have the 2GB package , Since Oct 2015 I have never consumed my allocation of 2GB and I carry over data every month but these past two months for some reason I am running out of data by the third week of the month.

I generally only use the modem on weekends and for a limited time period ..my usage patterns have not changed if anything I use the modem less now.

When I called the Vodacom customer services the only information they can give me is that I have exhausted my data allocation , when I ask if they can tell me when and how they say they cant give me that information.

My personal opinion is that Vodacom is basically *****ing from me because there is no way I am using that much data and they cant explain to me anything to contradict my thinking.

I have spoken to other Vodacom customers and they too have noticed data being used at an alarming rate.
