Now what Vodacom??? Finally, my "ghost subscription" is sorted out, now my data is disappearing!

I had to buy a bundle for 200mb today, IT IS GONE! I used to get by on just over 1Gb per month, now in less than a week I've gone through almost as much?? I don't use data-heavy apps, worst is Whatsapp but my usage has never been this ridiculous!

I've been a customer for years, but with all this **** lately I feel like ending my contract!

I cannot spend R100 plus per day on data. This is madness!

SORT IT OUT ASAP. THIS AMOUNTS TO *****/THEFT AND I HAVE HAD IT!!!

Dear Customer, an investigation has been completed and your billing was found to be completely correct and accurate. As a once-off gesture of goodwill your account was credited with 1GB. Ports of connectivity point to Android Market (PlayStore) as being the highest contributors to the volume of data used. You can go to your PlayStore settings to change the way installed apps are updated. To save costs turn off Auto-Sync (Google Account) as well as Backup and Reset feature in Settings menu. To close background activity, hold the HOME button down. To see which apps used your data, go to Settings - Data Usage (change usage cycle to display a specific day).
Kind regards

Best regards,
Thank you for a clear and helpful response - I have reloaded Whatsapp and now its data usage has gone back to normal - I still have no idea why it started peaking as it did. This time the fault was with WA, not Vodacom.
