data disappearing
I just got 1GB data loaded as way of compensation for previous loss. Its hardly 10 minutes, its gone again.

Please check usage on your handset as discussed.
This will indicate what is using your data and you can disable the application from using your data. I have loaded data again.
Should this matter re-occur, please get to an iStore/Vodacom repair store for further assistance.

16 Mar 2018, 10:16again the data loaded is gone and all my application are closed down. I even switched my phone on and off. please investigate this.

We regret taking note of your experience regarding data usage. I could not reach you when I tried calling to check on this matter.
You can also load a third party application called My data manager from play store/app store. This application will record applications using data as well as the amount of data being used (going forward). It will identify exactly what your data is being used on.
We have loaded some data last night on this number.
