Data Disappearing

for the past 3 months Ive been monitoring my account, i haven't used my contract sim due to the fact that i keep running out of data within minutes of using the internet.

From the first of December 2017 until the 21st December 2017 i haven't touched my sim card because i wanted to see what will the story from Vodacom be when my data goes missing, just my luck on the 21st December (which is the day im writing this complaint) i took put my sim in my phone for the first time for the month.

to my surprise i got a few whats app messages went on facebook (all in less then 2 minutes) i received a message saying i have run out of data, HOW in GOD's name can you run out of data within 2min.

i called the call center spoke to Ntombi and i got told ive been using the sim card since the beginning of December LMAO really, i have a cell c sim card that i permanently use because i dont have issue with my data an airtime disappearing i never used this Vodacom sim for a reason and today Vodacom just proved to me that they are talking bull****.

I am still waiting for a itemized billing from Vodacom so that they can show me when was this data used and in which phone was it used because i only have one cell phone and my contract sim is always in my purse i hardly use it because i use Cell C.

I need a answer as soon as possible because this bull**** is unacceptable .
