Data disappeared

I have read a number of reviews about Vodacom data disappearing, this is the same issue I am also complaining about. My data usage cannot be explained, now too many customers are complaining me included without any real solutions. Is vodacom hacked ? Should we migrate to better and trustworthy service providers. Surely this is now absurd!!!!!
