Data Disappeared

I complaint last week regarding my data that just disappeared within a few minutes! I was told that they will come back to me - apparently it is 'google'that was using the data within 5 minutes ( I don't even have google installed) 1. An operator called me which has no clue what she was talking about ( a bit of advice is to please check the customers invoice before call them!) Clearly on my invoice is: U Choose Flexi 230 Free Email Service 3Gig Mailbox N/C I receive 3 gig every month! I am still without data and still waiting for the problem to be solved! Strange on my other contract where i do use google i have plenty of data that gets carried over monthly! Is it so difficult to admit we had a problem and we will solve it....put back my data that just disappeared or do i need to take legal steps
