An investigation has been completed and your billing was found to be correct. As a once-off gesture of goodwill your account was credited with R24 and 200MB data. Ports of connectivity point to Twitter and video downloads as being the highest contributors to the volume of data used. To save costs turn off Auto-Sync (Google Account) as well as Backup and Reset feature in Settings menu. To close background activity, hold the HOME button down. To see which apps used your data, go to Settings - Data Usage (change usage cycle to display a specific day). You can go to Settings > Data Usage > Scroll down to the apps and Restrict background data.
Kind regards
