Data disappear

<p>This is really no joke - my phone and my sons data just vanished in thin air from our vodacom contract phones. </p> <p> </p> <p>I received several sms's stated that my upgrade is through with order number ....... and all of the sudden my 16GB of data vanished the next morning. My son did not have as much data on his phone but also over 1GB of data that all of the sudden when as depleted as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom is busy *****ing peoples money - when i want to cancel our contracts i gave vodacom another chance thinking maybe with all this competition from other cell services the service will be looked after but now I really am sorry I did not change to another network. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable that data can just vanish. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
