Data disapearing everytime loaded

I have been using the vodacom data service for years, without any problem. The last few days my business has been put on hold trying to sort out data issue. I bought 5 gigs in three days. Every time I buy an load the data is done within a hour..I went to the vodashop in Fourways mall an they were clueless, the consultant check all updates an all setting an I am aware that automatic updates an happy so my laptop is on \don't update setting".
