DATA DEPLEATING
I bought a 1gig for 7 days- last night -downloaded about 140mb file -needless to say i still had a plus minus 290mb left on my account , and then there was NO internet connection and the next moment NO data left , only received messages that i have run out of date - sent 4 emails already but they just don't care coming back to you -its very funny that SA still make use of this service provider and not boycotting them once and for all - not everybody can afford wi-fi

28 Sept 2021, 12:58well well well - after sending another 10 emails to Vodacom customer care -no one has contacted me yet , but if I look at the bad reviews on hello peter against Vodacom it is not strange at all - does someone with influence have the guts to stand up against this ********** company -in the past Vodacom accommodate matters like these but lately there is just no reasoning with them.
