Data Deal **** - Mercer

Just another part in the saga of owning a contract with Vodacom. So after i decided to take out the data deal with vodacom, as they said it was 10 gigs for R350.00 and we already pay so much for data and you get a R9000.00 laptop with it and a ****le as the sales person said. when i got the products the value of the laptop was not even R5000.00 and the data was only 5gigs with another 5 in the middle of the night when im sleeping. then i immediately let Vodacom know i am canceling the contract and want to send the stuff back. they go and activate the sim and debit my bank account with a debit order after i said i am canceling the contract. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM EVER. Horrible service. Vodacom will do anything for money. they are not for the people.

Good day. Vodacom is *****. Committing ***** on my account. activating stuff i sent back and telling me i cannot get my money back because they haven't received their package. they can take their own time with the package in the mean time they *****ing money out of my bank account. They saw i sent the package back immediately and they still activated it and debited my bank account. You sell stuff under false pretenses. they end of the month is drawing near and they will debit my account again. if money is again taken out of my account for this sent back stuff i will report you to my bank as committing ***** on my account. I would never ever tell someone to take out a vodacom contract again. unfortunately for me I'm stuck for the next year and a half. Really HORRIBLE service i have received since i join as a contract member.
