Data Deal 10 GB Promo

I am paying for a yeaer nowor can i say they debit me on my bank account, Vodacom get there money for fibre and i got a Data plan, nothing in arears. i phoned them and ask can i get another Data deal the one on promotion now 10 gb day and 10 gb night. For my daugther. They told me i am not qaulifying for a new data plan my score is to low i must wait another 3 months then i can try again,,, but they get there money there my score is not low but if i ask for a favor help me then they make me feel like i am bad low score. Vodacom is useless i hpoe you fall and hit it hard
