Data data data! Night Owl does not work

I always purchase their package that has a night owl data package (midnight to 5am) but come night, the data usage does not automatically switch over to the night owl data. Instead it continues to chow my normal data and meanwhile the night owl data continues to accumulate every time I buy the package until it expires! That is false advertising or *****ing my data right there! 4 days ago I called customer care and the lady promised to have fixed the issue but the problem continues ... :( The package I buy is for R99: 650mb + 650mb Night Owl + 40 mins + 1GB Whatsapp for 30 days. That night owl data there is a *****!
