DATA CONTRACT SOLD WITH WRONG INFORMATION

Pathetic service... They phone me and offer me a 20g data sim card for R168, while selling me the package, the consultant advises me i can transfer data of any value to 5 numbers. I have spent the entire morning and 50 minutes on the phone only to be told that i can not transfer what i want to transfer and on contracts you can not transfer the allocated amount. Between the 5 consultants i spoke to each one had a different answer on whether or not i could transfer. When asked what is Vodacom going to do, i was told they will log a complaint and with 48 hours to 3 days someone will come back to me, otherwise i must "just cancel the contract". I cancelled my other data contract and have to pay penalties so what will happen to this contract and will they refund the cancellation fee from the previous contract. They say they don't want to loose valuable customers but this is how they treat us and sell products which they don't even have the product knowledge about. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC
