Data contract sales misrepresentation
I received a call from Rewards which is a contracted to Vodacom. My data sim was due for upgrade. They offer me an upgrade for my number, to my surprise two new contracts were added to my account. They misrepresented their information just to make me take another contract without my acknowledge. Vodacom must stop using this call center agent or they'll lose a lot of customers. I'm porting to Telkom.
