Data contract - promise to phone back but NEVER do.

I am wanting to cancel my data contracts after being with Vodacom for 26 yrs. When wanting to cancel, I gave them my reasons; I could get data cheaper at opposition, so they said they would get back to me to see if they can match the price plan. I was promised that they would phone me back within 24 to 48 hrs this does NOT happen. This has now happened twice. VERY SAD.
