Data contract cancellation impossible
It is impossible to end a DATA contract with Vodacom. I have paid on time every month R170 for 10 gig ( this was a discounted price). With my Wifi I pay R70 for 10 gig. So i wanted to cancel my data contract , but the consultant said it will be over R4000 to cancel the contract and then even when you pay you dont get Data for the payment . The R4000 only pay the cancellation fee. *** is wrong with Vodacom. The device has been paid up. How can Data that are not used yet - not be cancelled. I want to cancel the contract because its too expensive. Sies!
