Data Contract

My Gig20 MBB 24Mnt contract was renewed on 18/5/23. Consists of 20GB Anytime Data, 20GB SP Incentive Recurring, 10GB Video Ticket & 20GB Night Owl. Strange enough after renewing it, 20GB SP Incentive is missing yet my bill is the same. All of which were for 30 days period each. I emphasized to Madimetja that no changes should be made. Otherwise, I would not renew it. The description is slightly different and I think this is where I got ******. How does this happen?
