Data Charges now been catergorised and charged for *** ?

Been a client of vodacom for serveral years now and recently renewed my contract 6 months ago for a Red Pacakge with 10GB data.

Over the past 2 years I used google streaming services to listen to music via my phone and now suddenly i get charged adddtionally this month i have used R234.00 of content delivery & entertainment services such as Google Store and Amazon Prime which I pay for these services anyway from these comapnies.

BTW I check monthly my account for any WASP services which i just done and confirmed via Vodacom SMS that i have none on my account.

So my question how can Vodacom recharge me for a DATA service which you give me 10GB per month which at current status have only used 2.35 GB of my 10GB

The word DATA comprises of Zero's and One's so how can you charge me for Google play services .... Can you bring me the Google store to my house and have them throw me a party with a DJ, if so then i will pay glady for the CDN service's.

I think personally Vodacom is now trying anyway to obtain money for services due to the drop of SMS's and data charges. Data in all terms mean data so Vodacom you need to delivery to me 10GB of data as promised to me.

Do you do the same charge for customer who have you fibre lines at there house's I doudt very much as this is also data so what is the difference. Personally myself and many other are feeling w**********.

Sort this out. BTW I'm not paying till i have explaination from your offfice's in details and showing me this.
