Data Charges

<p>Good Day ,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>So Lets start from the begining , I had purchased data in November 2016 , Systems were down so , no data was coming through that was purchased via self service. two days later there were numourous data packages that came through. As soon as this happend I contacted Vodacom and ask for them to De activate these data purchases . this is over 32GB of purchases. Once I recieved my bill to the horror it was charged , I then have been phoning Vodacom to resolve this issue, and everytime I phone they cant help , or they state it was used , or they will come back top me. Till today this issue has not been resolved .</p> <p> </p> <p>I am Highly dissopinted in:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. your response time of your quieries , I had cancelled 2*6gb and 3*1gb data in Novemeber already.</p> <p>2.Staff are rude , and can resolve any problems</p> <p>3. Your staff members tell differnet stories in order not to do there work. I was told when I first contacted vodacom that the data was de activated.</p> <p>4.No resolution</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly can say you have already taken the money , so I will never purchase from vodacom , and will be removing my business accounts away from vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for being a true SA company</p>
