Data Charges

At the end of May 2016 my debit order for my Vodacom contracts went off, normally this is about R1000. For this month it was R3096.77. Went into the branch in Fourways Mall where I was told it is data charges on my 3G ****le and there is nothing they can do, can't tell me where or on what this data was used. Pretty much you have to pay and make sure you don't use that much data. This ****le is only used on one laptop in the house, I went and checked all the download folders, all programs when last any update was done, nothing during that billing month. Then ckecked the "My Bill Sofar" on the MyVodacom App, bill for the end of June to go off is R10230.09 just on the data..... I have had that 3G contact for over 6 years, never went over the 1Gig limit..... On the 8/06/2016 spoke to the call centre on 082 155, they will escalate my query to a specialist department whicj will late 7-14 days max to reslove, phoned them again on 23/06/2016, ( I allowed an extra day) All they can tell me is that it is in progress, phoned again today on 28/06/2016, guess what still in progress... Then tell me looks like we will have an outcome on the 30/06/2016, WOW that is when my debit order goes off... They deliberately drag out their "investigation" to make sure that the debit order goes off first??? Told the call centre agent that I don't have enough money in my account for that amount to go off at the end of the month, all she could say is in that case the query is not valid anylonger....

Don't know how to resolve this, they will never get back to you, and if they do, they are always correct you must just pay up..... My reference number 1- ********** 0524, for what it's worth
