I have had exceptionally high data costs from vodacom the last six months for my contracts for my husband and myself. Not even taking into account mistakes made with charges for just ou handsets. We both have samsung s6 phones on the same package but while i pay R508 for my handset he pays R879, all response I get from vodacom is \no refund due". This month my account is R7000. I cant pay that even if I wanted to. My phone says I used 1GB data"
