Data charge on a account

my phones were blocked and according to Vodacom my account was R6000-00 just for data.i did have a contract for R999-00 which I also used for my business. since they blocked my account and my phones I lost an enormous amount of business and money.since this blocking of my account I did not receive any statements or phone calls from Vodacom.i did visit our local Vodacom shop in Middelburg where I was promised by a lady called Kim at Middelburg mall.up to now I did not receive any calls or e.mails from them.i did not request or approve the purchase of any data. according to Vodacom they load data themselves without the customers approval' Phone number
