Good day,<br> <br> I would like to know how is it possible that you can charge me out of data bundle rates when I recharged my data immediately after receiving the sms that my data has ran out. It is not my problem if your system is 4 hours behind.<br> <br> I want my account credited with the amount that Vodacom has charged me out of data bundle rate, before month end when my payment is due.
